Araaik Spa
Araaik Spa & Wellness is deliberately intimate. Treatments are personal, rooms stay calm, and the setting — garden, lagoon, and still air — does as much as the ritual itself.
The spa is small on purpose. There is no circuit of heated rooms to move through, and no timetable that asks you to share a lounge with a crowd. You come for a single massage or for a sequence that follows the rest of the stay.
Treatment rooms stay close to the garden and the lagoon. After the hour, most guests walk to the water or back to the villa rather than into a busy facility. That is the point of wellness at Araaik — the island does the second half of the work.
Typical length
60 to 120 minutes, or a programme across the stay

The ritual
Sits cleanly with any villa stay, and with the Wellness Retreat if you want yoga and a lighter menu around the treatments.
Book a treatment01
Signature island massage
A long, unhurried massage using warm oil and a pace that matches the heat outside. The first treatment most guests book.
02
Restorative body treatments
Wraps and slower work for guests who arrive tired from travel or want the middle of the stay to go deeper than a massage.
03
Quiet treatment suites
Rooms kept for one booking at a time. You will not be moved through a shared wet area between treatments.
04
Post-treatment lagoon time
The team will leave space after the hour. Swim, sit, or walk the sand before you go back to the villa.
01
A spa that stays personal even when the island is full
02
Hours that can sit around swimming and dinner
03
Rooms that open toward garden or still air, not a corridor
04
The option to build a longer programme from a single first treatment
What to expect
After the hour
Drink water, stay out of strong sun for a short while, and keep the next hour empty if you can. The lagoon is the easiest place to do that.
For guests who want a spa that stays quiet — a single treatment or a longer programme, never a crowded circuit.
